Yes it is. Year round day and night we maintain a constant 85 degrees in our little oasis. No Jacuzzi however is yet available at the hotel.
Even better. Each room is individual controlled where you can call upon air conditioning or heat at any time. You can even call the front desk from bed instead of getting up to set the thermostat. We can control your individual unit remotely as needed.
